## How do you become a CEO?

Every ambitious recruiter asks this at some point: **how do you become a CEO?**‍

We asked someone who’s climbed every rung at the same company, **Sasza Bandiera**, CEO at **Oyster**.

‍*“Those first years were about being a good recruiter. Do the job well, do what’s asked, and move to the next stage.” *

From there, progression came through taking responsibility, learning each layer properly, and staying open to feedback. And when the business grew, he grew with it; taking on operations, finance, L&D, marketing, and eventually the whole company.

Plenty more where that came from. But does Sasza manage to beat the clock and make it onto the Wall of Fame? Watch to find out.
