Harnham had built a reputation as the go-to specialist in Data and AI recruitment across the UK and US. With no dedicated marketing function, keeping pace with the volume and quality of output the brand demanded across multiple markets, audience segments, and a growing sub-brand in Rockborne, was becoming a constraint on growth.

Kitto came in as an embedded marketing partner, taking ownership of multiple briefs across both markets. That scope extended to Rockborne, with content strategy, copywriting, and channel management running across both brands as a joined-up programme.

Building Content That Works Across Every Market

Harnham had the reputation, the market knowledge, and the reach. What they needed was consistent, high-quality content to match. With no in-house function to produce it, Kitto came in as a fully embedded partner: developing a PiE and VC content strategy, building and managing the Data and AI Podcast's social presence, and owning LinkedIn output across both the UK and US markets.

We Went Straight to Work

We developed a targeted strategy to position Harnham with PE and VC audiences, producing content that gave consultants a credible opening into conversations with PE and venture-backed firms. That strategy turned a gap in the market into a consistent pipeline of clients.

We took ownership of LinkedIn and podcast content, building an audience-first approach that drove Harnham past one million followers and helped grow a podcast listenership that now spans thousands of listeners.
