## How do you manage a marketer?

Like marketing, L&D is a massive but often under-appreciated part of a recruitment business.

So how do you get it right? Who better to tell us than the brilliant Leah Naffah, Executive Director at i-Pharm Consulting.

In the episode, we cover:

- Aligning L&D with business objectives
- Why training isn’t the end goal… productivity is
- The importance of middle-tier consultants (don’t forget them!)
- How your internal brand shapes engagement

But does she manage to beat the clock and dodge the bin? Watch below to find out.
