Building Content That Works Across Every Brand

Understanding Recruitment had the market knowledge and the credibility. What they needed was a consistent, high-quality content programme to match it. With no in-house function, Kitto came in as a fully embedded partner: developing individual brand strategies for all four brands, managing monthly content delivery, building the webinar programme, and running personal brand management for key leaders across the group.

We Went Straight to Work

From day one, we embedded across the business. We learned the nuances of each brand, built content strategies from the ground up, and began delivering against them. The priority was always quality over volume and content that served a specific audience.

In parallel, we built the webinar programme for USol and Acceler8 Talent, took ownership of LinkedIn across all brands, and established a personal brand content rhythm for key leaders. The result is a group-wide content engine that runs reliably every month.
