We asked someone who’s climbed every rung at the same company, Sasza Bandiera, CEO at Oyster.
“Those first years were about being a good recruiter. Do the job well, do what’s asked, and move to the next stage.”
From there, progression came through taking responsibility, learning each layer properly, and staying open to feedback. And when the business grew, he grew with it; taking on operations, finance, L&D, marketing, and eventually the whole company.
