Auxo is a global workforce solutions and recruitment group focused on STEMx industries, bringing specialist businesses together under one unified brand.
When we started working with Auxo, they were bringing multiple businesses together under one name and sharpening their focus on the STEMx industries shaping the future of work. It was a period of change, with a full pipeline of projects and a leadership team that wanted clarity in how the business communicated. We came in to support that shift, working closely with senior leaders to help simplify the message and keep communication consistent as the organisation evolved.
We embedded with the team, supported leaders across planned and off-piste projects, and helped create a clearer, more joined-up way of talking about the business. It’s grown into an all-in partnership that feels internal and continues to adapt as Auxo moves forward.

Clarity leaders can stand behind
We worked closely with Auxo’s senior team to simplify how the business talks about itself. The result is messaging that’s clear, direct and easy to apply across different projects and conversations.
A partnership that feels internal
By staying close to leadership and day-to-day priorities, we became a team Auxo could rely on. That proximity meant faster turnaround, better context and support that felt internal rather than outsourced.
Consistency across a busy pipeline
Auxo had multiple projects running at once. Our role was to help keep communication aligned as work moved forward, whether it was planned in advance or emerged along the way.
The Why, The What and The How
When Auxo came to us, they already knew who they were and where they were heading. What they needed was a partner who could stay close to the detail, understand the day-to-day and bring more simplicity to how the story was told.
They wanted people who would sit alongside them and help shape messages that were simple, practical and easy for the business to pick up.
So we gave them exactly that.
And it set the tone for how we worked together.
We Went Straight to Work
Auxo moved quickly, and our work followed that pace. We stayed close to leadership conversations, picked up projects as they emerged and focused on keeping communication clear and usable. Some projects were planned. Others were “off-piste” and needed quick, concentrated thinking. We supported both.
Working this way meant Auxo had a team who already understood their style, their expectations and what they wanted to say. It made collaboration smoother and helped keep the message consistent across different pieces of work.
What's Next?
Ford Garrard, Auxo CEO said it, not us:
“We’ve got some exciting projects that are going through now, and I couldn’t think of a better partner to help us execute those. They’re part of us, irrespective of them being an external organisation. Would I recommend Kitto? 100%.”
Since we were already embedded in Auxo’s plans, new work could move faster. We understood the context behind each project, so shaping communication or advising on direction became a natural part of how things progressed.
Auxo now has one team they can turn to for support across planned programmes and one-off initiatives. It has given leadership a simpler, more consistent way of briefing, reviewing and sharing communication.
