Work, Behind the Scenes
When we first met QXi, they were two brands strong, Montash and Remobi, and ready to scale. Fast forward, and they’ve added Trillion and the overarching QXi Group brand to the mix. We’ve been part of that growth from the start: concepting, designing, and launching (or re-launching) each brand while putting strategies and systems in place to make marketing an engine for real business growth.
Brands with purpose (and personality)
We built the QXi and Trillion brands from the ground up. Crafting identities that connect, differentiate, and make people proud to belong. From visual worlds to tone of voice and campaign strategy, we made sure every brand had a story worth sharing.
Marketing that drives the bottom line
Together, we’ve launched lead-generating webinars, hero video campaigns, and regular social content that actually gets seen. The consultants’ personal brands alone have racked up thousands of views, and QXi’s channels are now full of content that sells, not just posts that fill a feed.
Culture and confidence that sticks
Through content days and on-site sessions, we’ve helped make marketing a priority. Not just as a function, but as a mindset. The result? Consultants who want to be part of the story, leaders who see the ROI, and an internal team that feels supported, confident, and unstoppable.

From day one, this wasn’t about vanity content or just making things look pretty (though we did plenty of that). It was about aligning marketing and sales, building confidence across teams, and using content that actually generates leads, community, and pride. We became a wraparound for their internal marketer and eventually their fully embedded outsourced team; an all-in partnership that’s driven measurable results.
Spencer Riley is no stranger to delivering top-tier talent in life sciences, construction, automation, and beyond. No doubt, their brand was strong, but they knew it could be sharper, more consistent, and working harder for them.

But even the best businesses have to adapt. When market conditions meant scaling back their internal marketing team, i-Pharm needed a way to keep their marketing running smoothly, without the in-house resources they once had.
Rogue Talent has been making waves in tech hiring since 2015, connecting top engineers, product pros, and cybersecurity specialists with the right opportunities. But when it came to marketing themselves, they wanted to partner with pros who matched their high expectations. Someone who could support and guide them with the same level of service they deliver to their clients.

A while back, their internal marketeer packed up and left, which left Dominic Coyne, their co-founder and head of all things sales and marketing, wondering what to do next. Do they bring someone new in-house? Or look for something…better? Spoiler alert: they called us.
